HSE HS Football Weight Training

HSE football would like to invite all 6th, 7th, or 8th grade athletes that are interested in playing football next fall to attend weekly weight training sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:15-4:15. The High School Strength Staff will teach athletes basic lifting techniques and help athletes to progress in an appropriate progression. Athletes should meet outside the weight room. Make sure you have athletic clothing, a water bottle, and a mask. The difference between good and great are those that are willing to invest to achieve their desired goals. Invest now!!

Club Information

Falcon Run Club

Hello FCJH Parents! Coach Ziino and Coach Richter will still be leading Fall Creek Run Club (FCRC) this year, however, it will look a bit different. The goal of Run Club is to provide extra conditioning for students that are interested in running track this year. Our focus during conditioning will be strength, speed, and endurance. This is an opportunity for you to build up in these three areas before the actual season begins Program is come when you can, but the more you come the better results in Spring. Who: Kids who are interested in upcoming Track Season (both Sprinters and Distance). When: Friday Mornings (E-learning days) from 8:00AM-9:00AM via Zoom and meet up (potentially) two Saturdays a month - THE FIRST FRIDAY ZOOM WORKOUT WILL BE NEXT WEEK (1/29) - We will send more information about the Saturday runs once we know - We will be providing additional written workouts for runners to complete on their own Why: Conditioning sets us up for a positive Spring season and keeps us active to beat the winter blues. - ​This Program has been redesigned to be more adaptive for both sprinters and distance. Video Group is back!

Video Group will be returning starting on March 8th! If you are interested in making your own videos and helping showcase all the great things at FCJH this clubs for you! We are planning on meeting a lot during 4th 9 weeks! If you have any questions please reach out to Mr. Tschuor at ntschuor@hse.k12.in.us The first meeting will take place in room I1 from 3 until 4 Monday March 8th.

Cheerleading Open Gym & Tryouts

Attention 7th grade Falcons interested in cheerleader next year. We will be having open gyms starting March 1st from 5-6:30 in the auxiliary gym. No experience required. Cheerleading Open Gym Dates: 3/1 – 5-6:30 3/8 – 5-6:30 3/10 – 6-6:30 3/16 – 4-5:30 3/18 – 4-5:30 Tryouts for football, basketball, and competition cheerleading will take place April 12th, 14th, and 16th from 4-5:30. Boys Golf Call Out Meeting

To any boys who are interested in playing golf this Spring, there will be 2 callout meetings available to attend for information. These will take place on either Tuesday, March 9th or Wednesday, March 10th from 3-3:15 in the cafeteria. We will discuss tryout information and dates at this meeting. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Gorski.

Track!!

Come join the sport that has something for everyone! Between sprinting short distances, jumping high, jumping far, hurdling while sprinting, throwing heavy objects, or running the distance, there is sure to be an event for you! March 9th- The parent meeting is at 6:30 via Zoom (Zoom Link is on the FCJH website under athletics) March 15 will be the first practice! Email Miss. Richter with any questions!
