Falcon Run Club
The goal of Run Club provides extra conditioning for students that are interested in running track this year. Our focus during conditioning will be strength, speed, and endurance. This is an opportunity for kids to build up in these three areas before the actual season begins which will help lower the risk of injuries as the track season is short and compacted into a month and a half of competition, plus Spring Break. The club is open to anyone who is interested in the upcoming Track Season (both sprinters and distance). Conditioning sets us up for a positive Spring season and keeps us active to beat the winter blues. This program has been redesigned to be more adaptive for both sprinters and distance.
If interested in joining, please fill out this Google Form. This will put you on the email list. https://forms.gle/psZ5WL1rixXb6fAd9
