-FIRST ROUND OF CUTS-

2020 Volleyball 1st Cut List
 
Final Tryout-
Wednesday August 12th
7th Grade - 3-5pm
8th Grade - 6-8pm
 
Please wear a white tshirt with your last name written on the front and back. (below your hair so we can read it)
Bring a wallet size picture of yourself with your name and grade written on the back.  We will attach this to the players tryout card.
 
Remember, you will need to bring your own water bottles, the drinking fountains are turned off in the building.
 
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the tryout start time.  
 
Upon entering the building, and before entering the gym, you will need to scan the QR code with your phone and fill out the attendance/COVID questionnaire. The code will be posted in several places in the entryway so this can be done while waiting in line to register.  
 
At the registration table, we will fill out your tryout card and attach your wallet size picture to your form, and confirm that all online forms have been completed.  
Once we finish all of that.... the player is good to go!
 
We will need to make sure we have the following forms on file prior to trying out:
A 2020-2021 Physical Form (needs completed by a Health Professional)
(8^th graders with a physical from last year do not need a new one but need all the online forms below)
